Feeling safe isn’t a stretch at the Y.

At the Y, we put your health and safety first, so you can workout with peace of mind. We’ve enhanced our safety and cleaning policies to meet or exceed public health guidelines, spaced our equipment at least three metres apart, and made it easy and convenient to book your workout online, up to seven days in advance. Health screenings, capacity limits, and physical distancing measures mean you can workout confidently knowing the Y is a safe space for everyone.

 


Get physical with distance at the Y.

At the Y, we've made group fitness fun and safe so you can get back to exercising, your way. Whether you’re looking to push your limits with Boot Camp, or ease your stress and tensions with Yoga, our group fitness bookings are easy and convenient. Advanced online program bookings, capacity limits, and larger program areas ensure a safe space for all of our members to enjoy their favourite Y programs.

 


We’re going to great lengths to keep you safe.

At the Y, we’ve made pool safety simple so you can dive right in. Whether you’re wanting to swim laps, join Aquafit, or enjoy Open Swim time with your family, pool bookings are easy and convenient. Reserved lanes, advanced online program bookings, and capacity limits ensure a safe space for all of our members in the pool and throughout our facility.

 


Your safety is our focus at the Y.

At the Y, we’re focused on your safety so you can focus on fitness. All of our equipment has been spaced at least three metres apart and is sanitized regularly so you can workout in your own space, at your own pace. We’ve made it easy and convenient to book your workout online, up to seven days in advance. Capacity limits, health screenings, and physical distancing measures are all in place to make your visit to the Y as safe as possible.
